Gentle forms of structural and visceral manipulation to support the bodies over all vitality and mobility
lymphatic Massage
Support your body's natural detox pathways with a gentle, effective lymphatic massage. This specialized treatment can help reduce bloating, water retention, PMS symptoms, and seasonal allergies—while boosting circulation and immune function.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on modality rooted in osteopathic medicine, developed by William Garner Sutherland. Using subtle touch, it works with the rhythms of the brain and spinal system to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
Classical craniosacral therapy focuses on precise anatomical relationships—working with the cranial bones, sacrum, and the flow of cerebrospinal fluid to improve structural balance and relieve restriction.
Tibetan cranial, is an ancient Himalayan practice traditionally passed through monastic lineages. It works primarily from the head and neck using a unique system of pulse reading, where practitioners feel subtle pulsations in the body and respond with specific, gentle adjustments to the skull and surrounding structures. In addition to the physical work, it incorporates a strong energetic and meditative component, often involving stillness, awareness, and silent mantra, with the intention of restoring balance across the physical, emotional, and spiritual body.

Energy medicine
Focused on restoring flow and harmony within the body’s energetic field. These sessions can help release stagnant or held patterns, support emotional processing, and create a sense of grounding and clarity. Many people experience deep relaxation, increased awareness, and a subtle yet powerful shift toward balance on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.
Lymphatic facial
combines gentle lymphatic drainage with focused fascial work to support both beauty and function. By working with the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and supports the muscles of the face—this approach helps release tension patterns that contribute to fine lines, puffiness, and stagnation, leaving the skin smoother and more lifted in appearance.
This treatment also incorporates buccal massage, a specialized technique performed inside the mouth, allowing for direct access to the deeper facial muscles. This helps release jaw tension, reduce clenching, and soften holding patterns that can contribute to discomfort and premature aging. By opening up natural drainage pathways and improving circulation, the facial supports detoxification, reduces inflammation, and promotes a more sculpted, radiant, and relaxed expression.
Ku-Nye
Ku-Nye massage, also known as Tibetan massage, is an ancient practice rooted in traditional Tibetan medicine. It combines the wisdom of Asian philosophies, considering the human being as a whole body/spirit, and aims to balance and harmonize the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic levels. The term Ku-Nye comes from two Tibetan words: “ku” means oil, and “nye” means to perform massage. So fundamentally, Ku-Nye means “applying massage with oil”
Based on the concept of five basic elements (earth, water, fire, wind, and space) in Tibetan medicine,
Ku-Nye massage primarily focuses on bringing the wind element into balance. The practice involves a range of massage strokes and techniques, with extra attention paid to the hands, feet, head, and specific points described in classical Tibetan Medicine texts. It can help balance the body’s systems, relax tensions, and revitalize energy. The practice has been used for centuries to relieve muscular and joint pain, mobilize joints, and reduce stiffness.
Ku-nye is beneficial as a stand-alone treatment as well as a preventative measure against illnesses and a supportive treatment in conjunction with other modalities. In your Ku-nye treatment, you may receive consultation on diet, herbs, and other health based information.
Basti
In Ayurveda, a therapy called Netra Basti involves gently holding warm, medicated oil (often ghee) over the eyes using a small dough ring to create a seal around the eye socket. The oil is kept comfortably warm—not hot—to soothe and nourish the eyes, relieve dryness, and ease strain and fatigue, especially for people who spend long hours reading or on screens. Beyond its therapeutic effects, it’s also valued in beauty practices for its anti-aging benefits, helping to soften the appearance of fine lines, support healthy circulation around the eyes, and promote a brighter, more refreshed look. The experience is deeply relaxing, with the warmth and oil working to hydrate delicate tissues and enhance a sense of calm and restoration.
