I grew up with intense pain and illness, and every doctor had a different theory about what was wrong. I didn’t feel like my body was a friend—it felt like something I had to fight against every day. Over time, I began teaching myself how to create wellness and joy in my body, starting the long and beautiful process of re-friending myself. I did this by truly listening to what my body had to say—and responding with care. This is the foundation of my work: in each session, I listen and respond.

That journey gave me not only a lifelong passion for the healing arts, but deep compassion for those in pain. I began massage school at 19, earned an A.A. in Kinesiology: Sports Medicine, and pursued extensive trainings in bodywork, healing, and functional anatomy. I’m currently in training as a non-physician osteopath, continuing to deepen my understanding of how the body holds, expresses, and heals.

Aubrey offers intuitive, presence-based bodywork rooted in the understanding that touch is one of the most powerful gateways to vitality. She holds deep reverence for the courage it takes to arrive and allow oneself to be witnessed and held, a trust she does not take lightly. Her work creates a space where the body can be met with energetic attunement and devoted care, supporting a profound sense of softness, ease, and reconnection. Informed by years of personal healing and a clinical immersion in Ayurveda and Tibetan Medicine with Dhyana Essentials, her work carries the understanding that the body is never separate from the spirit. She offers her practice as an act of devotion and reciprocity. Aubrey specializes in lymphatic massage, guiding the inner waters to move with grace and fluidity — easing stagnation, supporting immune function, and inviting the whole body to sigh in relief. Sessions may incorporate warm towels, stones, cupping, gua sha, and herbal preparations. She also offers Netra Basti — the ancient ritual of bathing the eyes in warm ghee — and breast, abdominal, and pelvic bowl massage, practices that invite a profound homecoming to parts of ourselves that long to be met with reverence. Every session is a prayer of gratitude to the body — a space to listen, release, and remember what it feels like to be whole.

I know what it’s like to lose your voice in relationships.

Bullied by other girls at a young age, I learned early that shrinking myself made things easier—for everyone but me. Years of people-pleasing left me disconnected, resentful, and unsure of what I really needed. When I found Compassionate Communication tools as a teen, something shifted. I began to speak up—not to fight, but to be real. I learned how to stay honest and connected. Since then, I’ve spent over a decade studying and practicing NVC, alongside Ayurveda, Mindfulness, and Relational Somatic Healing. This work isn’t just something I offer—it’s something I live (P.S. It’s how I keep my marriage alive and well!)

>This work is for you if:

You feel like you’re always the one holding it all together—or that your needs are too much.

You’re navigating a rupture, a breakup, or wondering if it’s even repairable.

You want to trust your own voice and set boundaries without guilt.

You crave deeper connection but don’t want to abandon yourself to get it.

You’ve done the work—read the books, listened to the podcasts—but still feel stuck in real-time moments.

You don’t have to figure it out alone. I’d be honored to walk with you.
